Grilling Up A Great Tasting Steak On An Indoor Grill
Having an indoor grillcan help you in cooking up some great tasting barbeque all year round. And one of my favorite foods is steak. I can honestly say that out of all the foods I eat on the grill, a steak is my favorite, especially if it is a NY strip or a fillet mignon.
When I go to cook a steak on either an indoor or outdoor grill, it’s all about the prep work ahead of time. By that I mean seasoning the steak prior to putting it on the grill. I always like to first sprinkle on the salt and pepper. Then I let it soak on a plate in some Worcestershire sauce. This gives it an awesome flavor.
I will let this sit while I prepare the grill. This is great if you are using a charcoal grill. It takes about 25 minutes for the coals to get ready, and that is perfect for allowing the meat to marinate in the sauce. Next, I’ll put on the steaks and pour the leftover sauce over the top. Cook them to your desired doneness, and you have a great tasting meal in front of you.
