E-Bay Ad Writing

by admin on September 8th, 2010

First, you need to evaluate your products and decide its important points for the ad listing. You should list the brand and condition of the product. Check out the competition on e-bay, see what categories other sellers have listed similar products under, and then choose the same or similar category to list yours products.

Choose a searchable title and use a series of search terms to bring in customers searching for your product. Use as many keywords as possible in the small space you have allotted. Leave out descriptive words that are not likely to be searched.

Describe your item using all of the information you gathered when you evaluated the item. Be honest about any flaws or damage and make sure you do not leave out anything important that the customer should know.

Describe your shipping policy at the end of your listing and return policy if you have one. Make sure you proofread your listing before you list it.
